Billing workspace

The Billing area in the Nubis Console is where finance and engineering meet. It centralizes payment setup, invoice history, usage visibility, verification state, and cost guardrails for the active organization.

What you can do here

  • Manage subscriptions and check whether the organization is active, suspended, or waiting on billing action.
  • Add or replace payment methods for the provider your organization uses.
  • Download invoices and review historical collections.
  • Inspect usage through summaries, breakdowns, time-series data, and exports.
  • Track credits and redeem eligible vouchers.
  • Set spend limits at the organization or project level.
1

Confirm payment readiness

Make sure the organization has a valid payment method and has completed any verification requirements before launching production workloads.
2

Review usage often

Use usage summaries and breakdowns to understand which services and projects are driving cost.
3

Set guardrails early

Apply spend limits before multiple teams or environments begin creating resources in parallel.

What billing data is organized around

  • Organization-wide visibility for subscriptions, invoices, credits, payment method, and global limits.
  • Project-level visibility for resource-specific spend and optional project spend caps.
  • Service-level visibility across compute, networking, storage, databases, backups, and other metered resources.
