Account Security

Nubis provides multiple layers of security to ensure your account and infrastructure remain safe.

Personal Security

Manage your personal account security in the Account Security settings.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): We strongly recommend enabling MFA via TOTP (e.g., Google Authenticator).
  • Password Management: Update your password and manage active sessions across devices.

API Tokens & Keys

Manage your API keys for SDK and CLI access in the Security > API Tokens section.
  • Personal Tokens: Tokens tied to your user account.
  • Service Tokens: Tokens designed for automated systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Granular Scopes: Assign specific permissions (e.g., Read-only, Manage Compute) to each token.

Organization Governance

Organization-level security settings allow you to enforce policies across your entire team.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Define exactly what your team members can do.
  • Administrator: Full access to all resources and settings.
  • Manager: Can manage infrastructure but cannot change billing or team settings.
  • Viewer: Read-only access to resources.
  • Billing: Access only to billing and payment information.

Audit Logs

Track every action taken within your organization.
  • Action History: See who did what, when, and from where.
  • Filtering: Search logs by user, resource type, or action.
  • Exporting: Export audit logs for compliance and security reviews.

Network Security

Don’t forget to manage your Cloud Firewalls to protect your instances at the network level.
