Enable automated daily backups for your Instances and Databases.- Retention: We keep your automated backups for 7 days by default.
- Point-in-Time Recovery: For Databases, you can restore to any specific minute within your backup window.
On-Demand Snapshots
Create immediate, point-in-time copies of your Storage Volumes.- Select your volume.
- Click “Create Snapshot”.
- Snapshots are stored persistently until you manually delete them.
Recovery and Restoration
Restoring an Instance
You can restore an instance from a backup or snapshot by:- Replacing Root Disk: Reverting your current instance to a previous state.
- New Instance from Backup: Launching a completely new instance using the backup data.
